Manual Menu Builder
Create sections (Lager, IPA, Cocktails, etc.) and add items under each one. Name, description, ABV, price, and optional image — all editable from the dashboard.
Item Availability Toggle
Mark any item Available or Out of Stock in one tap. The change is live on the menu after the next publish — no reprinting, no calls to the bar.
Drag-to-Reorder
Reposition sections and items by dragging. Position is persisted so your menu always shows up in the order you chose.
Archive & Soft Delete
Archive items to pull them off the menu without losing their data. A dedicated Recently Deleted area lets you recover or permanently remove them.
Publish & Distribution
Draft & Publish Workflow
Changes auto-save as a draft. Hit Publish when you're ready. A clear Published / Unpublished Changes indicator tells you exactly what guests are seeing.

Your menu is live at nxtpour.com/menu/your-slug the moment you publish. Mobile-first, readable in a dark bar, and fast on any connection.
QR Code + Print-Ready PNG
Generate a QR code in one click and download a print-ready PNG. A plain typed link is included underneath — guests who can't scan still get there.
iFrame Embed
Copy one code snippet and paste it into any website to embed your live menu. No developer, no third-party tools.
Branding
Light & Dark Mode
Choose the display mode for your public menu. Dark works well in low-light bar environments. Light is clean for brighter dining rooms.
Brand Colour
Set your primary colour. It applies to accents, badges, and headings on the guest-facing menu page.
Logo Upload
Your logo appears at the top of the public menu so guests know whose menu they're looking at.
Custom Slug
Choose your own URL: nxtpour.com/menu/doubletap. Editable before first publish — after that, it's locked so your QR codes don't break.
